Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Items on sale or clearance

Process:

  1. Email us at zmtrades660@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours.
  3. Ship the product back to our provided address (return shipping at buyer’s expense unless item is damaged or incorrect).

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
